A rustic Erie Canal wedding.
Lydia was the first of her 8 siblings to get married. Her little sisters danced the morning away while her littlest brother colored and played with trucks in the hotel where they were prepping. They picked a perfect summer day in June, a cozy lodge along the Erie Canal in Rochester, NY.
Wedding Highlight Film
The toast from Lydia's younger sister and words of wisdom from her father. The emotion in Curtis' voice as he said his vows, the soft sway of their first dance. There are some things that photography just cannot capture on a wedding day. I love the power of a wedding film to bring those moments back to life. These are moments that happen once in a lifetime, moments you think you'll remember forever but quickly realize everything has gone by in a blur.
Lydia's flowers, arranged by Zeigler Florists of Horseheads, NY, were the perfect fit for Lydia and Curtis' wedding. White roses against the pop of yellow daisies. Classic yet sweet. Elegant yet rustic.
Another fitting part of their day was the ice cream truck that rolled in halfway through the reception. Guests filed out of the lodge for a gourmet sundae with rainbow sprinkles served out of a food truck window.
Congratulations Curtis & Lydia!
