FAQs

What is a brand portrait?

Not having quality photos and videos of you and your business is costing you more! Businesses and brands that have a consistent, visually appealing online presence are better equipped in the current economic climate. Brand portraits are NOT simply professional headshots. They are on-brand photos of you that highlight your products, your process, and your personality. Having a library of brand portraits is great for posting to social media, updating your website, or refreshing your newsletter.

Why shouldn't I just take my own photos?

How much time do you spend taking, editing, and posting a single photo? That time should be spent on doing the things you love most, the things that drew you to your field in the first place! Spend more time doing the things you love and are skilled at and let us take care of the visual content for you.

I also need video for my business. Can you help?

Oh heck yes! Brand films are our specialty at Katie Lynn Studio. If you need video content for your lead page, website, or online course, we are here for you! While time is going to be too tight on mini session day for filming, we're offering our mini session clients $50 off their first Brand Film! Reach out to learn more.

Can I bring my own props?

Yes please! We want this mini session to highlight YOU! Before your shoot, we'll send out a brand questionnaire to get a good feel for who you are. Then we'll help you come up with a prop list to bring along on the day of the shoot. This may include things like on-brand desk décor, items you use in your everyday business, or maybe even your kids if they play a role in your business.

What backdrops are available?

At Rosemary & Rust on Main, we'll have several "scenes" set up to maximize your photo options. These will include a living room area, multiple desk options, a chalk board, kitchenette, plain white backdrop, and an outdoor area. No matter what business you're in, we'll have options to help create the images that will take your business to the next level.

Can you come shoot in my space?

Absolutely! While this mini session event will all be taking place at Rosemary & Rust on Jan 6, 2022, we would love to book you for a full Brand Portrait Session. Our $350 Brand Portrait Sessions include a 2-3 hour shoot with up to 3 locations and unlimited outfit changes!
